You guys suck always messing up my orders and I can never get a pizza delivered
So much for the customer being right. Had an issue with a dishonest employee named Christie who tried stealing a $200 prepaid card after my wife tried paying for it. Wife tried to prepay for gas and that got canceled by the employee because she had a frive off earlier and used my wife as a way to cover her drawer. I came in that evening and Christie said my wife only swiped card twice and things didnt go through. I had my wife check the account balance in the store and it showed where EVERYTHING my wife was trying to get was APPROVED. Called our banks fraud department and they said the card was swiped a total of five times not two like Christie said. I went in this morning and had to wait to see the manager Kim, and when she finally came out to ask me what I needed, she attempted to belittle me as I started to explain the situation with my wife from the night before. I had the receipts from the transaction and account balance and she told me that my wife basicly stole another gift card she had paid for at the same time. She claimed she even watched cameras and called her offices and that they were only getting paid $18 out of the $400+ my wife spent but somehow my bank is showing transactions to Caseys for $400+. So to summarize Christie is a dishonest employee who tries to steal from customers and Kim does not care about customer service or integrity of her employees. DO NOT SHOP FOR ANYTHING AT THE BICKNELL CASEYS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Good quick in and out fill up station...good selection of drinks and snacks...kitchen was busy making pizzas and I noticed the kitchen was very clean..staff was very attentive and kind.
Pizza exceptional for area, quick delivery & pickup. "Cool" delivery guys. Got great sandwiches also. Chicken Salad is the best .on a huge buttery croissant...
